Stress Relief & Non-Sexual Touch-Based Relaxation Sessions
I offer professional relaxation sessions designed to support stress relief, emotional grounding, and recovery from travel fatigue. My work focuses on creating a calm, safe, and respectful environment for people who experience exhaustion, loneliness, or high levels of stress.
These sessions are based on consensual, non-sexual human touch and presence. They are designed to help the nervous system down-regulate and support a feeling of safety, calm, and connection.
Typical situations where clients book sessions:
- Jet lag and travel fatigue
- High work stress and burnout symptoms
- Emotional exhaustion or loneliness while traveling
- Difficulty relaxing in unfamiliar environments
What the session includes
- Grounded, calming presence
- Gentle, respectful, non-sexual touch (only within agreed boundaries)
- Breathing-based relaxation support
- A safe space to fully unwind without expectations
Important boundaries
This is a strictly non-sexual wellness service. Clear consent, communication, and professional boundaries are always maintained.
Background and more in depth
Many people experience periods of loneliness, stress, or a lack of loving touch in their daily lives. Especially in our fast-paced society, closeness, security, and genuine feeling of being held are often neglected.
Physical closeness is a fundamental human need. A lack of hugs, affection, and non-judgmental touch over an extended period can negatively impact both mental and physical well-being.
Professional cuddling offers the opportunity to relax, recharge, and experience comforting closeness in a protected environment.
Cuddling as a break from everyday life
A cuddle session can feel like a mini-vacation. For a certain amount of time, you can let go, relax, and simply be.
Whether being held, sitting leaning back, relaxing together or enjoying gentle touches and caresses – the arrangement is tailored to your needs and limits.
Many people report experiencing deep relaxation, inner peace, and a long-lasting feeling of security after a cuddling session.
Especially people without a partner or with little physical closeness in their daily lives find professional cuddling support enriching and empowering.
Cuddling as supportive accompaniment
Mindful touch can help to regain better access to one's own needs and feelings.
Those who have experienced little positive touch in their lives or have had stressful experiences can gain new experiences through non-judgmental and respectful closeness.
Professional cuddling is not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical treatment. However, it can be a supportive addition – after consultation with treating professionals.
I offer you a safe space where closeness, respect, acceptance and non-judgmental touch are the focus.

Why touch is so important
From birth, humans depend on loving touch. Physical closeness conveys security, belonging, and trust.
While children naturally experience a lot of physical contact, this often decreases significantly in adulthood. People living alone, in particular, often receive only rarely affectionate and non-sexual touches.
However, the need for closeness remains – regardless of age.
A lack of physical affection over a longer period of time can lead to feelings of loneliness, longing, inner restlessness, or emotional stress.
Regular, mindful touch can help strengthen overall well-being and promote feelings of connection.

My services are exclusively focused on non-sexual intimacy and touch.
For example, the following are permitted:

Hygiene and requirements
To ensure a pleasant and cozy atmosphere, please:
- thorough personal hygiene before the appointment
- freshly washed clothes
- comfortable clothing (at least a T-shirt)
- Avoid strong fragrances
A prerequisite for a session is that no infectious diseases are present.
Furthermore, I ask that you refrain from consuming any mind-altering substances such as alcohol or cannabis before the appointment.
Boundaries and consent
Respect, voluntariness and mutual consent form the basis of every cuddling session.
You always decide for yourself which touches feel good and which don't. You can always express your wishes, insecurities, or boundaries.
There's no need to "persevere". Together we'll find the kind of closeness that feels right for you.
Important NOTE
Professional cuddling is not a recognized form of therapy and does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
The service aims to provide an experience of closeness, touch, relaxation and appreciation within a professional setting.
Please only book a session if you feel emotionally and mentally stable enough. If you are currently in therapy or have important issues to address, please let me know beforehand.
